About Our Community

Matza Art, a contemporary fine art gallery located in SOHO New York City, brings together masters and unrecognized artists from around the world. Ben Matza started the space last year as a way to represent the artists that he has met on his extensive travels through Russia, Asia and South America. At the gallery we are interested in drawing parallels between artists of different origins that have developed completely separately geographically, historically and culturally. Our exhibitions always focus on two artists that are visually similar, however, the subject matter and technique of the artists may differ completely.
